- You will answer calls and respond to emails to customers and dealers.
- You will follow up with the customer until the final solution to their query.
- You will issue reminder calls and follow up on incidents, achieving maximum satisfaction.
- You will carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.

Qualifications

- You have a C1 level of English and are fluent in German AND Dutch.
- You are preferably available 30h or 40h per week.
- You will be working from our Madrid office in a 50% hybrid position, with the first 3 months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at C. de Albasanz, 15, San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid.

- Permanent contract from day one.
- Salary: €24,000 gross per year.
