your functions
- main contact for our Spanish subsidiaries for several legal subjects
- be a part of the HQ legal department
- acting as a business partner and to provide accurate legal support
- intensive interaction with internal stakeholders
- staying up-to-date with legislation and/or compliance matter
- contributing to wider organizational goals and/or activities as assigned
- You will be involved in several legal subjects such as: drafting and reviewing all types of legal documents and agreements, corporate governance and housekeeping, follow up legal procedures and litigations, organization of intra-group operations and legal
compliance
position requisites
-You have obtained your Master degree in Law
- You have 4-5 year of relevant experience
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- You are capable of analysing complex legal issues and you have proven to deal
positively when working within tight deadlines.
- You are a highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous person. You have the ability
to work independently as well as part of a team on complex projects
- You are capable of handling confidential information in a discreet manner and you
maintain the highest ethical standards
