What You Will Do and Learn

During yourinternship, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience.You’llwork with some of theworldsmost coveted companies, including Fortune 1000 along with disruptive technology hypergrowth companies.

A typical day could include:

- Technical training onour Data technology stack(e.g.Snowflake,dbt,Sigma,etc)
- Attend daily client meetings
- Professional training and development on project/engagement delivery, client communication, and project collaboration
- An opportunity to network with Spaulding Ridge leadership
- Execution of core consulting skills

Upon completion of your internship, you should expect todemonstrate:





- Clear understanding of client business needs,goalsandobjectives.
- Ability to build mock Proof of Concepts within our cloud-based technology solutions for potential clients
- Ability toidentifyissues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations usingScrumimplementation methodologies

Ideal candidates shoulddemonstratethe following:

- Ability to work in teams and be versátil to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong data management and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills forestablishingand maintaining good relationship both internally and externally
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Excellent verbal/writing skills for complex communications with clients and teammates
- Proven leadership or initiative at school,workand/or community

Qualifications:

- Currently studying or having completed an engineering/technical degree
- Permanent work authorization inSpainon an on-going basis without the need for sponsorship
- Currently based locallyinMadrid
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- English languageproficiency
- Programming skills (ideally Python and SQL)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with any cloud platform
