Will be responsible for payroll digitalization project in Spain.HRIS full cycle management (Lucca)Social Benefits: Data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits, resolution of doubts, contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices.Occupational Risk Prevention: responisble for the entire process together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation, evaluations among others.Equality Plan: Analysis and diagnosis of workforce, drafting of the equality plan, submission and correction of documentation together with the teamEvents coordination:
