Somos una empresa multinacional, líder en el sector, y buscamos incorporar un/a Prescriptor/a – Project Business en la zona de Cataluña , formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y en un entorno donde se fomenta el aprendizaje y el crecimiento profesional constante.
El principal objetivo, es el de impulsar la prescripción técnica del porfolio de GF Building Flow Solutions en Cataluña, generando demanda pull en ingenierías, promotoras, propiedades y gestores de instalaciones, asegurando que nuestras soluciones queden especificadas en pliegos, memorias, planos y modelos BIM conforme a la estrategia corporativa.
Funciones
Desarrollo de cuentas de prescripción : identificar, segmentar y priorizar estudios de ingeniería y promotoras; construir relaciones de confianza a nivel técnico y decisor.
Especificación en proyectos : incluir soluciones GF en pliegos , memorias y BIM (Revit/IFC) ; proponer alternativas de valor (value engineering), mediciones y detalles constructivos.
Gestión de pipeline (CRM) : registrar oportunidades y actores, fases y probabilidades; asegurar trazabilidad diseño licitación adjudicación obra.
Soporte técnico a prescriptores : responder solicitudes de información, validar cumplimiento normativo (CTE, RITE y normativa local).
Activación en obra y traspaso a ventas : coordinar con el responsable comercial de zona y defender la especificación frente a la competencía.
Formación : impartir formaciones sobre soluciones GF (higiene ACS, prevención de Legionella, sostenibilidad, BIM, etc.).
BIM y contenidos : fomentar uso de familias BIM y documentación actualizada; retroalimentar a OT.
Monitorización del mercado : vigilar normativa, certificaciones (LEED/BREEAM/VERDE),
competencia y tendencias, aportando reflexiones accionables.
Cumplimiento y marca : asegurar cumplimiento de políticas y ética corporativa; posicionamiento de marca.
Requisitos
Titulación técnica: Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica, Energía) o similar; se valorará FP Superior con experiencia destacada.
3–5+ años en prescripción técnica en fontanería/ACS/AFS/HVAC o sectores afines (tuberías, válvulas, sistemas de conducción).
Experiencia con ingenierías y promotoras defendiendo especificaciones en licitación/obra.
Conocimiento de CTE , RITE y normativa aplicable en Cataluña/España.
Uso habitual de CRM (p. ej., Salesforce) y paquete Office/Google Workspace.
Español nativo; inglés profesional.
Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar por Cataluña.
Valorable: red de contactos en la zona y conocimientos en hidráulica de edificios , higiene de ACS, prevención de Legionella, sostenibilidad/etiquetas.

We are a leading multinational company in the sector and are looking to hire a Project Business for Cataluña region. You will join a dynamic team in an environment that fosters continuous learning and professional growth.
The main objective of this role is to drive the technical specification of the GF Building Flow Solutions portfolio in Catalonia, generating pull demand among engineering firms, developers, property owners, and facility managers. The goal is to ensure that our solutions are specified in tender documents, technical reports, drawings, and BIM models in line with the corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
Specification account development: Identify, segment, and prioritize engineering firms and developers; build trusted relationships at both technical and decision-making levels.
Project specification: Include GF solutions in tender documents, technical reports, and BIM (Revit/IFC); propose value engineering alternatives, bills of quantities, and construction details.
Pipeline management (CRM): Record opportunities and stakeholders, track phases and probabilities; ensure traceability from design tender award construction.
Technical support to specifiers: Respond to information requests and validate regulatory compliance (CTE, RITE, and local regulations).
Project activation and handover to sales: Coordinate with the regional sales manager and defend the specification against competitors.
Training: Deliver training sessions on GF solutions (DHW hygiene, Legionella prevention, sustainability, BIM, etc.).
BIM and content: Promote the use of BIM families and updated documentation; provide feedback to the Technical Office.
Market monitoring: Track regulations, certifications (LEED/BREEAM/VERDE), competitors, and trends, providing actionable insights.
Compliance and brand: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and ethics; strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements:
Technical degree: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Energy) or similar; Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Technician) with outstanding experience will also be considered.
3–5+ years in technical specification within plumbing/DHW/CWS/HVAC or related sectors (piping, valves, fluid conveyance systems).
Experience working with engineering firms and developers defending specifications during tender and construction phases.
Knowledge of CTE, RITE, and applicable regulations in Catalonia/Spain.
Regular use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Native Spanish; professional English.
Driving license and availability to travel within Catalonia.
Nice to have: established network in the region and knowledge of building hydraulics, DHW hygiene, Legionella prevention, and sustainability/green building labels.
