We are seeking a driven professional as the Iberian Managing Director to join their business and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of business support resources, such as sales & marketing division, market intelligence, finance, human resources, administration, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, finance, as well as spare parts.
- Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities, general management, direct sales, customers,
and channels.
- Collation and analysis of market information, industry dynamics, and sales data.
- Platform construction, compliance control, institutional system building, team development, and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.
- Achieving Iberian (Spain and Portugal) regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in business, engineering, or a related.
- At least 5 years of experience in a B2B industry, working for multinational companies, with a role as CEO, strong commercial mindset, and people leadership approach.
- Work experience in European Matrix enviroments is required.
- Excellent skills in team building and development.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
