About:
- Italian luxury house

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consistently high levels of personalized customer service. Builds and nurtures strong commercial relationships to enhance the overall client journey.
- Acts as a polyvalent team player, supporting daily store operations to maximize client satisfaction.
- Contributes to the achievement of qualitative and quantitative store and department goals.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique with strong Brand alignment.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork,
and problem-solving skills with strong adaptability.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
