Univrse is a Barcelona-based content creation VR studio developing premium multi-user immersive and interactive XR experiences. Our multidisciplinary and international team combines the physical, digital, and virtual worlds to create fascinating experiences.❤️ We love to open new paths to find unconventional solutions in the field of XR technologies.

We are now looking for a Creative Lead to own and drive the creative vision across a range of location-based VR (LBVR) projects.

What will you do?

- Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver immersive, high-quality experiences that are conceptually strong, emotionally impactful, and aligned with Univrse’s creative standards.
- Set high bars for creative execution across design, art, sound, and interaction.
- Ensure coherence between tech, production, and creative efforts.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate briefs into compelling concepts.
- Oversee the creative direction of projects, ensuring that all visual and narrative elements align with the overall vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, animators, and marketers, to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse fresh concepts into our projects.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in creative leadership roles in the XR/VR, immersive media or gaming industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects from concept to execution.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a solid understanding of visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of creatives.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Confident in pitching, prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
- Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in the fields of VR and AR.
- Prior experience in writing/narrative design is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
