We are seeking a Corrective Maintenance Assistant to support our Corrective Maintenance team in the coordination, monitoring and reporting of incidents affecting PV assets. This is a junior role designed for candidates with 0–2 years of experience, ideally with a background in engineering, operations or technical/analytical roles.

Responsibilities

Support the management and coordination of corrective maintenance activities following client and QE internal guidelines.

Ensure that incident records are completed accurately and in line with QE requirements.

Assist in process improvement initiatives, such as standardising O&M; quotes and implementing best practices to achieve value for money.

Escalate incidents or cases according to team procedures and workload capacity.

Support basic trend analysis to:

- Identify spares requirements.
- Detect improvement opportunities to reduce lost production.

Liaise with O&M; contractors for follow-up of corrective actions.





Communicate with other internal QE teams involved in operational processes.

Assist in budget preparation related to corrective maintenance tasks.

Contribute to monthly reporting activities.

Support small individual projects as assigned by the team.

Requisitos

- Degree in Energy Engineering or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, incident management, technical support, engineering or analytical roles
- Ability to work within structured processes while thinking independently when required.
- Proactivity, adaptability and ownership of tasks.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners (O&M; contractors).
