We are a product-oriented company providing IT infrastructure and liquidity services for FX, Blockchain companies, and traditional financial industries. We are looking for top professionals to help us make the market better!

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

- Conduct product demos.

- Provide technical support to sales teams: answering questions, solution design, integration guidance.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Integration & Launch:

- Lead technical onboarding for clients.

- Review and approve integration designs and API flows.

- Work directly with client developers for correct and efficient implementation.

- Own the go-live process through to production launch.

- Ensure clients follow integration best practices.

Technical Expertise:

- Maintain deep expertise in API, documentation, and architecture.

- Explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Collaborate with product/engineering teams to remove technical blockers.

Client Support:

- Primary technical contact during client onboarding.





- Advise on best practices for crypto payments, security, and integrations.

- Ensure professional and reliable technical support.

Vendor & Partner Coordination:

- Liaise with external vendors/partners on infrastructure and integration tasks.

- Facilitate client collaboration with third parties to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Obligatory:

- Proven track record as a Solution/Integration Engineer or Technical Consultant in SaaS/fintech.

- Hands-on experience with crypto payments, PSP/API integrations, or wallet infrastructure.

- Strong client-facing background in pre-sales and technical support.

- Perfect written and spoken English.

Conditions:

- Location: World (means all location in gmt +4 (+-1 hour) or all who are ready to work in this timezone except Russia and Republic of Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, India, Africa)

- Absolutely remote job.

- Salary in USD.
