En CAS Training, empresa líder con más de 20 años en consultoría tecnológica, outsourcing y formación especializada, buscamos incorporar un/a cualificado con experiencia como AIOps Tech Lead.

AIOps Tech Lead -runtime lifecycle of AI systems, including:
Observability, monitoring, and alerting
Incident prevention, response, and automated remediation
Model, data, and performance drift detection
Runtime performance optimisation and operational cost control Operating in a complex, multi-tenant environment across multiple Operating Companies (Airlines Companies), you will reduce operational complexity by defining clear patterns, tooling, and ways of working that increase confidence in AI systems and reduce toil.



Working with product teams A core part of the role is partnering closely with IMS Product Teams to embed MLOps and operational capabilities into AI services from the outset.

You will:
Ensure operational requirements are considered early in the product lifecycle
Enable consistent adoption of enterprise-grade practices across squads
Help product teams deliver AI solutions faster, more reliably, and at lower operational
