The team you are joining:

At Repsol Trading, we optimize the supply and marketing of positions. Our activity consists of the supply of crude oil and products for refining systems and other needs, the marketing of crude oil and products of our own production, their maritime transport and the management of product hedges in the financial derivatives markets.

Main tasks:

- Managing operations for the Middle Distillates and Gasoline team managing day-to-day trading operations activities assuring the Operational performance efficiency;

- Managing voyage orders; pro-forma invoices; documentary instructions; vessel nominations; Letters of Credit; Provisional and Final cargo invoicing;





- Narrowing/Nomination of dates/quantities; Vessel clearance, Loading and Discharge instructions etc.;

- Cooperation with demurrage and claims teams;

- Ensuring that all obligations arising from the contract &charter; party are carried out. And that any necessary requirements are compiled with

- Coordinate with terminal for product availability and shore tank quantity.

- Managing storage locations including stock reconciliations

- Make cargo loading and cargo nominations, prepare and send orders and monitor progress

- Ensure that all Operational Information is entered into trading systems

- Appoint independent inspectors and ship agents for terminal loading/discharge operations.

- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external requirements: REACH, customs etc

- Verifying related operational costs such as inspections fees, purchase invoices and arrange for payment arrangement

You will fit the position if:

- At least 3 years experience as operator in Oil products/chemicals/dry cargo.

- Degree/Diploma holders welcome

- Ability to work in a multi-cultural and in a fast paced work environment.

- Versátil, proactive, result-oriented and customer-focused

- Strong team player.
