Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify market needs in Southern Europe and Africa, propose tailored solutions, and develop strategic plans to successfully introduce these solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and commercial teams to ensure all necessary materials and resources are in place for effective strategy execution
- Simplify complex technical information into clear, compelling messages and deliver training programs to empower internal teams and partners.
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team, aligning with specific market requirements and customer needs
- Drive the launch of new monogastric products or services, from initial testing phases to official market release.
- Organize and coordinate impactful customer events, including trainings, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

You Bring
- Relevant industry experience – you bring 3+ years in the monogastric nutrition or health sector,
supported by a strong academic foundation in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or the feed industry.
- A structured, methodical project‑management approach – you stay organized, manage priorities clearly, and bring commercial projects to live across countries.
- Clear and confident communication – you are fluent in English; additional Southern European languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian) are a strong plus, and you are comfortable travelling up to ~40%.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from concept to market impact — you bring the discipline to turn ideas into delivered solutions, managing projects end‑to‑end with focus on impact, deadlines, and results
