Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing team. The idóneo candidate will assist in supplier management, inventory control, and procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day operations. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with daily purchase order management and follow-up on deliveries.
* Maintain accurate supplier records and support basic negotiations when necessary.
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and products.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.
* Prepare reports and analysis related to costs, inventory, and consumption.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous experience in procurement or logistics (1–2 years preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP systems.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
