CMS is looking for a junior associate to strengthen its real estate law team in Brussels.
Profile:
* You have strong analytical skills and a creative mind, you like to take initiatives
* Accuracy and rigor are two of your top qualities
* You have a genuine interest in real estate
* You are fluent in French and English
* You preferably have up to two or three years of experience in the real estate department of a business law firm
* You display team spirit
Main responsibilities:
* Advise companies and national and international groups in several areas of real estate law
* Cooperate with the various foreign CMS law firms and the different CMS Belgium departments, to experience the multi-jurisdictional and multidisciplinary approach of cases
* Manage files, act with a satisfying degree of independence, under the supervision of a partner
* Assist to client meetings
