Your mission

As Director People & Culture, you will play a key role in transforming Sdui Group from a group of strong individual companies into one aligned, scalable and high-performing organization.

You will shape and drive a group-wide People & Culture strategy that supports the company’s growth and buy-and-build journey, establishes a clear target culture and balances what must be central with what should remain local. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on change leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, brings clarity into dynamic environments and knows what a professional, scalable people setup looks like.

What you’ll do

Build a scalable People & Culture foundation

- Shape a future-ready People & Culture setup that supports the company’s growth, group strategy and long-term ambitions
- Design and implement group-wide people processes, structures and systems that scale with growth while respecting local realities
- Establish reliable people data and analytics to enable transparency, clarity and informed decisions

Drive leadership & talent effectiveness

- Build a performance-oriented culture through clear career, pay and appraisal frameworks
- Enable leaders with clear expectations, strong sparring and targeted development
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEO, CFO and leadership team on people, structure and change

Create one shared culture & direction





- Define and anchor a clear target culture across the group
- Translate values and mindsets into everyday behaviors, rituals and leadership routines
- Strengthen engagement, clarity and belonging across teams and countries

Lead change & integration

- Shape and lead people-related change during acquisitions and integration phases
- Develop a repeatable people integration approach for new acquisitions
- Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic impact
- Build trust across C-level, leadership teams and employees

What you’ll bring

- Extensive experience building and scaling People & Culture functions in international, fast-growing organizations, ideally in tech or software environments
- Strong background in leading organizations through complex change phases such as growth, integrations or transformation
- Deep understanding of how to design scalable people processes, structures and systems while balancing group-wide standards with local needs
- Demonstrated ability to define, build and anchor a strong target culture and translate it into everyday leadership behaviors and routines
- Experience partnering closely with senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders
- Confidence navigating ambiguity and complexity while bringing clarity, structure and momentum
- Strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English - additional languages are a plus

Where you’ll be

This role is anchored in one of our main hubs in Madrid, Girona, Hamburg, Berlin or Koblenz. We work in a hybrid setup,



combining focused remote work with regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) to enable strong collaboration, leadership visibility and cultural impact. Due to the group-wide nature of the role, frequent travel across Sdui Group locations is an integral part of the position.
