- Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in Fine Dinning as Chef de Cuisine, or similar position in a Michelin Star Restaurant. All kitchen techniques are required.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to plan,create, and develop new menus.
- Ability to work with all products and food ingredients involved in established recipes. Leadership, Teamwork, Analize and save problems.
