Your challenge



- Work together with all the transversal teams to ensure that all the projects and actions that are developed from Holaluz are aligned with the ESG strategy.

- Define and develop own projects that generate a positive impact on the company, on the planet, as well as on Holaluz's main stakeholders: institutions,

clients, employees, etc.

- Manage projects related to environmental impact such as carbon footprint, SBTI, ISO 14001, TCFD as well as other ones related to social impact and governance.

- Preparation of Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, as well as Impact Reports and all kinds of content (newsletters, press releases, etc.) that give value and relevance to the actions and results carried out.

- Track projects: define objectives, tasks, audiences and KPIs.

- Identify rankings, indexs, etc. where to have a presence and process the steps to access, as well as initiatives at a local, national and international level in the field of ESG / Sustainability to which adhere, depending on their scope of action and impact.

- Monitoring of practices established by other companies, national and international, as well as from other sectors.

Requirements



- Bachelor's degree from a college or university in Environmental Science related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum of 3 years of sustainability experience in consulting or in the development of environmental and social impact projects.

- Sustainability technical knowledge: Carbon footprint, SBTI, ISO 14001, TFCD, Taxonomy UE, Sustainalytics, CDP, B Corp certification, Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Integrated Reporting,

Non-financial reporting, GRI, etc.

- High level of English.
