We are seeking a motivated and highly dedicated professional junior operations officer, to join our team as a Consultant for Cargo Operations at Risken Sàrl. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance in all aspects of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily tracking and control of all company wagons, maintaining an updated database of their status, location, and movements.

* Monitoring maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

* Uploading daily wagon position summaries to internal systems.

* Coordinating terminal operations, including compliance with customs and safety procedures.

* Supporting nominations and confirmations with logistics partners.

* Preparing and verifying operational documentation for loading, discharge, and transport.

* Updating and archiving operational data in internal systems and spreadsheets.

* Acting as the point of contact for operational queries and assisting logistics coordination.

* Helping resolve operational disruptions such as delays, repairs, and demurrage.

* Participating in weekend duty rotation and providing coverage during holidays or emergencies.

* Remaining reachable during duty periods for urgent operational matters.





* Maintaining full awareness of fleet status and operational calendar.

* Contributing to process improvements in tracking, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications:

Minimum of B2 level of english

* Strong commitment to confidentiality regarding all company and employee data, trade secrets, and proprietary information, during and after the engagement.

* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused attitude.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle various operational tasks efficiently.
