We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Online Store Manager to manage daily operations of our online store in Madrid. You will play a key role in driving sales performance through efficient execution of campaigns, go-to-market plans, and customer experience. This role requires strong operational skills, an analytical mindset, and close collaboration with internal teams to perform the following functions:

- Take ownership of GMV and SO sales targets achievement for the official online store.
- Track and analysis on sales and traffic related data,



and providing insights and optimization suggestions based on the performance.
- New Product Campaign Management and Execution: Collaborate with local team and the Pan-European team to formulate the launch plan for country. Coordinate the national-level launch strategies and integrate resources for successful local online store launches.
- Guide operation specialist for product listing, including listing optimization, Q&A; and reviews.
- Guide design specialist for assets localization and optimization.
- Conduct regular checks on unauthorized use of brand assets and report platform violations.

Requisitos:

- Solid understanding of Ecommerce platform operations, campaign mechanics.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
- Strong communication and execution skills with attention to detail.

Formación:

Bachelor degree in Marketing, E-commerce or related fields.

Idiomas:

High level of English, Spanish and Chinese.
