At The Agency Marbella, part of the general The Agency network, we set the standard for luxury real estate in Marbella. Our Rental Department focuses on high‑end properties and creating exceptional experiences for our clients.
We are looking for a Rental Listing Agent with strong industry knowledge and a passion for luxury real estate to join our team and help shape Marbella’s rental market.
What You’ll Do
- Source and secure Marbella’s most desirable luxury rental properties
- Build strong relationships with property owners, partners, and industry contacts
- Manage the full client experience, from first enquiry to stay completion
- Showcase properties with high‑quality marketing and presentation
- Drive revenue through smart pipeline management and results‑oriented strategies
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate in Marbella or similar markets
- Background in high‑end rentals, property sales, or luxury hospitality
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Independent, results‑driven, and skilled at building relationships
- Deep understanding of Marbella’s luxury property market
- Valid driver’s license
