We need a Manager Sales to build a profitable sales territory and grow the sales and gross margin of Food Colors to food & beverage manufacturers in Iberia, while managing and developing an international team of three SAMs based out in other EU countries.



This position will be home-based in Spain.



We offer you a comprehensive eight weeks on-boarding training. This secures a solid foundation to understand the organization and its products, technologies, systems, supporting functions and culture,

which enhances your ability to quickly become productive and integrated into the Sensient organization.



This, together with your background in food science, chemistry, or related discipline, or your strong technical sales experience, will be critical to make an impact in the business.



- After that, you will lead , coach, and support a high performing team of three Sales Account Managers, and monitor performance against objectives and established deliverables.

- You will focus on developing new customers for our food colors group in Iberia, as well as delivering new sales opportunities with existing accounts, and to support your team in their respective territories.



To continuously help you to be successful in this position; we support you in working cross-functionally with our R&D;, Commercial, Operational and Service teams.



Your fluency in Spanish and English languages will allow you to collaborate and communicate effectively inside and outside the organization.



With your extensive sales experience in a B2B technical sales environment (food & beverage flavors / colors, specialty chemicals,

or other value-added ingredients), your excellent customer service orientation, communication and negotiation skills, and team managements skills you will be able to grow sales revenue and build successful, long-term client relationships.
