Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team on board a cruise ship. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the housekeeping team.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene protocols.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or cruise ship.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
