AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.

What do we offer? : Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).

Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.

About practical training:

- 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026
- Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)
- Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring

Role Mission:



Support the Quality Department in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of processes related to standards compliance, continuous improvement projects, flight line activities, and conversion areas in the workshop. The intern will contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable standards and driving operational performance improvements.

Main Responsibilities

- Standards & Compliance:
- Assist in updating, disseminating, and applying internal and external quality standards.
- Support documentation reviews and preparation for internal/external audits.

- Improvement Projects:

- Collaborate in identifying and analyzing opportunities for process and quality improvements.
- Support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma,



or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare reports, KPIs, and presentations to track project progress.

- Flight Line Support:

- Provide support in quality control activities on the flight line.
- Collaborate in recording and analyzing non-conformities and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions.
- Assist the team in coordinating with Production and other departments.

- Workshop Conversion Areas:

- Support verification of conversion and modification processes in the workshop.
- Contribute to incident analysis and improvement proposals.
- Participate in monitoring quality indicators related to workshop activities.

Required skills

- Study Degree in Industrial or Aeronautical Engineering.
- English: min. level B2 (C1 desirable).
- Spanish: min. level B1.
- General knowledge in quality Knowledge, Part 21, Part 145 or CAMO,



desirable.
- Skills valued: Proactivity and eagerness to learn, quality and improvement mindset, strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, team spirit and great collaboration skills, ability to work in international environment.
