Responsibilities

- As a Staff Android Engineer in the Financial Services domain,



own and evolve the mobile architecture across several product lines (Wallet, Payments, Billing).
- Define engineering standards for performance, testing, modularity, and maintainability across squads.
- Design and scale clean, testable, and secure systems aligned with long-term product vision.
- Lead technical discovery and decision-making, balancing trade-offs with clarity.
- Drive adoption of Jetpack Compose and modular architecture.
- Build with a strong focus on security, performance, accessibility, and resilience.
- Guide CI/CD and release strategy to support quality at speed.

Qualifications / You might be the right fit if

- You’ve already worked as a Staff Engineer or Tech Lead and know how to drive impact beyond code.
- You’re an expert in Android development (Kotlin) with deep experience in scaling apps and teams.
- You think in systems, not just screens.
- You lead by example through clean code, mentoring, documentation, and architectural clarity.
- You have strong opinions about architecture, modularization, testing, security, and CI/CD,



and you challenge the status quo with respect and vision.
- You thrive in environments where you own decisions, not just implementation.
