About The Role

- Manage the onboarding of new partners, guiding them through the first steps
- Provide support to partners with accurate, valid, and complete information, solving questions and problems
- Guide partners through Fever’s internal platform
- Assist partners in the billing process
- Maintain close communications with the Sales Team
- Translate new deals provided by the Sales Team into standardized information for operational purposes
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver the best possible service to the partner

About You

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with partners
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Calm, problem-solving approach to delicate conversations




- Advanced English and Spanish level
- Go-ahead, organized and motivated
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy
