Qualifications

- University degree in Computer Engineering or related fields.
- +2 years experience in software development project management, focusing on data management projects in cloud environments.
- Experience in managing cloud software projects using AGILE methodologies.




- Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 level) with professional experience in international environments.
- Corporate competencies such as responsibility, commitment, and rigor.
- Organizational and disciplinary skills, especially while working remotely.
- Essential skills including ability to learn, teamwork, task prioritization, analytical and methodical mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
- Desired competencies such as involvement, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy.

What Will You Do?

- Governance: Lead the organization of project governance ceremonies and gather contributions from participants such as Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, Gates, Digital Risks, etc., according to organizational rules.
- Project Management: Coordinate the synchronization of project providers according to development and deployment objectives.



Identify blockages among project members.
- Manage pool of contractors: Monitor the progress of project contributors and their alignment with expected costs, identifying risks and blockages.
