Responsibilities
- Partner with large-scale clients in high-revenue sectors to design, refine, and optimize Google Ads strategies.
- Deliver consultative, value-focused support - offering insights, recommendations, and long-term growth plans.
- Build and maintain robust partnerships with clients, prioritizing impact over short-term fixes.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively and results continually improve.
- Align marketing initiatives with clients' broader business objectives, translating goals into powerful advertising outcomes.
- Share expert-level guidance on advanced Google Ads tools, features, and innovations.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional track record in the field.
- Native-level (C2) German + strong command of English (written & spoken).
- 1-2 years in sales or online advertising - Google Ads expertise strongly preferred.
- Proven success in digital marketing, particularly with larger businesses in retail, travel, or similar industries.
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset,
and the ability to provide advanced marketing consultations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term trust.
