What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative , your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming customer calls from boutiques and shops, resolving user demands.
- Logging call details into call management systems and providing responses and resolutions within SLA.
- Maintaining service and product knowledge related to applications specific to individual customers.
- Ensuring contractual SLA is maintained.
