Quatra – the European market leader in circular oil recovery – is looking for a full-time Accountant to join our team in the head office at Barcelona. You’ll become part of a dynamic and future-focused environment where your financial expertise truly matters.

Your Responsibilities as Accountant

- Manage the general accounting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P).
- Accurately prepare customer invoices on time.




- Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Prepare internal financial reports for the management team.
- Handle various administrative and accounting tasks.

Your Profile – What We're Looking For

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally Odoo or SAP).
- Solid skills in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Strong command of English (B2-C1 level).
- Experience in a tax/accounting advisory firm is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and eager to improve processes.
