You coordinate and implement our operational excellence program to help our leaders deliver results. A core part of this role is to create a continuous improvement (CI) mindset and to provide tools and technique capabilities to develop organizational self sufficiency.

How You Will Contribute

- Apply CI principles, tools and techniques to create a zero-loss culture that enhances our capabilities in loss identification,



loss eradication and prevention
- Nurture a CI culture that challenges the status quo and changes our employees019 behaviors
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques to drive teams through CI cycles. You will also coach employees so they can successfully achieve their targets
- Encourage leaders to manage performance using balanced score cards. You will also coordinate the KPI performance review, using root-cause analysis for those out of target and implementing corrective actions
- Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners

As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team in the MSC department, the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager is responsible for coaching the leadership teams in the plants within his/her scope, to enable deployment of the industrial excellence program (IL6S).

How You Will Contribute

- Improve site KPIs and performance by creating a culture of continuous improvement from operators to management
- Lead Mondelez Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program implementation
- Ensure a coherent site masterplan aligned with business needs
- Hands-on lead real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle presente breakdowns, equipment and process losses; develop and improve standards and create work processes to prevent failures from recurring




- Ensure site has healthy cost governance and budget management; support site in identifying potential cost improvement projects
- Encourage replication by conducting on-site workshops to set an example for others to follow
- Conduct IL6S phase audits at MDLZ plants in Europe (co-assessor or lead assessor)
- Operate in an international environment, collaborating with global centers of excellence, plant management teams and key decision-makers

You have ambition and the following experience and knowledge:

- Experience in continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production
- Engineering degree plus around 15 years in manufacturing with an industrial focus and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry
- At least 5 years in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM, WCM, IWS, etc.)
- Fluent English and Spanish required

This position can be based at our plant in Orbigo, Viana or Granoillers.
