Staff Platform Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staff Platform Engineer with deep expertise in platform development, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and developer tooling. The technology stack includes popular platform technologies and frameworks for infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and developer productivity.



The idóneo candidate will lead the design and optimization of scalable platform systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex infrastructure and developer tooling challenges.

What You'll Do

- Design and optimize platform systems for large-scale infrastructure automation.
- Architect advanced infrastructure as code solutions for scalable and repeatable deployments.
- Lead Kubernetes cluster design and container orchestration strategies.
- Drive CI/CD pipeline architecture for automated software delivery at scale.
- Lead developer tooling initiatives to improve productivity and development workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration.

What We Are Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in software development with platform engineering expertise.
- Strong expertise in platform development and infrastructure automation technologies.
- Deep understanding of advanced infrastructure as code principles and implementation.




- Proficiency in Kubernetes orchestration and large-scale container management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline architecture and automated software delivery.
- Experience with developer tooling and productivity enhancement solutions.
- Advanced level of English.
