? Experience: Minimum 7 years hands-on experience managing critical incidents

? Languages: Native-level French and English

? ITIL certifications are a strong plus

What will you do? ?

You will be the go-to person for handling high-priority incidents in a fast-paced, international environment. Your main responsibilities:





- Take full ownership of major incident management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure
- Ensure clear, effective communication with global stakeholders in both French and English
- Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actions
- Participate in on-call rotations with the team

? Your soft skills will be just as critical as your technical know-how. We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
