The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of company facilities (EUIC). This role involves coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs, managing vendors, monitoring building systems, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all Health and Safety tasks are carried out and enforced within good time
- Manage internal and external visitors via envoy system
- Manage all aspects of the building’s security, CCTV, door control
- Manage building maintenance, renovations, and repairs
- Coordinate all repair and maintenance of the building and outside space




- Comply with all Legal and Health & Safety obligations
- Manage all services contracts including Waste, utilities, pest control, forklifts, doors, etc.
- Ensure H&S; issues are dealt with and aligned with the Global Company Strategy
- Keep record of weekly fire alarm tests and report any faults
- Keep daily record of employees/customers/visitors onsite for fire register
- Manage procedure for fire drills & fire warden training
- Coordinate and administer renovations and new office installations
- Ambassador for energy efficiency
- Liaise with relevant landlords, authorities, councils, customers, and suppliers when necessary
- Recommend and manage physical security audits on a periodic basis
- Monitor the upkeep of kitchens, boardrooms, cupboards & storerooms ensuring they are kept tidy at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable duties that may occur on an ad hoc basis and/or requested by management
- Out-of-hours support might be required from time to time (e.g., alarm response)

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing,



or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge/experience in Facilities and office management
- Knowledge/experience in Health & Safety laws and regulations
- Experience in facility and property security assessments and risk mitigation procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, oversee multiple projects and events at the same time
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Catalan is recommended
