Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Professional to lead and oversee the preparation, supervision, and analysis of the company’s financial reports. This role involves full-cycle accounting, account reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external accounting and tax regulations.
- Submit tax filings and ensure timely reporting.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting reports for senior management.
- Supervise general accounting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in general accounting and full-cycle corporate accounting.
- Proven experience working in SAP environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented mindset.




- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- High level of English and Spanish (C1) are required; good understanding of Catalan.
