Project Overview:

A integral quick-service restaurant (QSR)



brand with a franchise-based operational model is embarking on a digital transformation journey to streamline and unify its data and operational landscape across multiple franchisees. The brand operates in highly competitive and fast-paced retail and food service markets, requiring consistent, real-time insights and operational efficiency.

This project focuses on designing and implementing a centralised data integration and reporting platform to address key systemic challenges across the organisation’s franchise network.

Requirements:

- Fluent English and effective communication skills within cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience building ETL pipelines in production-grade environments
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Informatica IICS , Snowflake , and AWS
- Solid grasp of SQL , data modeling, and transformation techniques
- Experience working in Agile methodologies , including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
- A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with attention to data quality and documentation

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS , aligning with business and technical requirements




- Perform data validation and analysis within Snowflake to ensure pipeline accuracy and output quality
- Participate in code reviews , contributing to performance, clarity, and maintainability
- Create and maintain mapping documents , clearly defining source-to-target logic and transformation rules
- Collaborate with analysts, data architects, and other engineers in an Agile delivery setup.
