Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our Lucas Fox team in Jávea.

The idóneo candidate is:





- Highly proactive and sales-oriented
- Experienced in working with international clients
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Ambitious, motivated, and ready to grow within a premium real estate brand

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and listing high-end residential properties
- Managing and advising international buyers and property owners
- Conducting professional property viewings
- Leading the entire sales process: from first contact to final signature
- Negotiating deals and ensuring a smooth transaction
- Maintaining accurate records via our CRM system
- Collaborating with marketing, legal, and admin teams

RequirementsMust-Haves:

- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in sales, real estate, or high-end customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Driving licence and own vehicle
- Based in or near Jávea, or willing to relocate

Valuable:





- Previous experience in real estate
- Knowledge of the Costa Blanca property market
- Additional languages: Spanish, German, French
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing
