¿Eres un/a competente apasionado/a por la innovación en salud y buscas un nuevo reto en el área de ventas? En GSK, estamos buscando un/a Delegado/a de Ventas Biológicos Respiratorio que quiera marcar la diferencia en la vida de los pacientes y contribuir al éxito de nuestro equipo.
Tu impacto en este rol:
Como Delegado/a de Ventas Biológicos Respiratorio, serás el puente entre GSK y especialistas clave en Valencia y Castellón. Tu trabajo consistirá en identificar oportunidades,
construir relaciones sólidas y ofrecer soluciones innovadoras para satisfacer las necesidades de los pacientes.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
✅ Actuar como el enlace principal para tus clientes, ofreciendo un servicio excepcional y soluciones personalizadas.
✅ Identificar y priorizar oportunidades clave para garantizar el crecimiento de los productos en tu área.
✅ Ejecutar el plan de acción establecido, asegurando que los objetivos y tiempos se cumplan, y ajustando estrategias cuando sea necesario.
✅ Gestionar un fichero óptimo de clientes, planificando visitas estratégicas según coberturas y frecuencias.
✅ Coordinar los planes tácticos con equipos cross-funcionales para maximizar el impacto de las acciones de ventas.
✅ Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos, incluyendo tareas administrativas como notas de gastos.
Lo que buscamos:
✔ Estudios superiores, preferiblemente licenciatura universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud o similares.
✔ Experiencia como Delegado/a de Ventas con especialistas en biológicos y entorno hospitalario.
✔ Habilidades comerciales y capacidad de innovación.
✔ Capacidad de organización y planificación.
✔ Experiencia en trabajo en equipo cross-funcional y una mentalidad retadora que impulse resultados.
Lo que valoramos:
Experiencia previa en el área de Respiratorio.
Altamente valorable experiencia con ORL y Alergólogos.
Experiencia con Neumólogos será un plus.
