We are executing large-scale strategic projects and are looking for a Site Reliability & DevOps Engineer to join our team. Your mission will be to ensure that our applications and systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and easy to deploy . You will combine SRE and DevOps best practices to automate pipelines, manage infrastructure, and strengthen observability, enabling a predictable and high-quality delivery cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation & CI/CD
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Integrate code quality analysis (SonarQube, Coverity or similar).
- Manage container images with Harbor.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
- Operate and maintain hybrid Kubernetes clusters (Windows/Linux).
- Configure Ingress, RBAC security, persistent volumes, and autoscaling.
- Coordinate upgrades and cluster maintenance.
Observability & Monitoring
- Implement and manage metrics, logs, and traces (Datadog, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
- Create dashboards and alerts based on SLI/SLO/SLA.
- Lead postmortem analysis of critical incidents.
Resilience & Security
- Design high-availability and disaster recovery strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Technical Skills
- Jenkins (CI/CD).
- Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell (Infrastructure as Code).
- Harbor, SonarQube, Coverity.
Profile (M/F/D)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Clear communication with technical and business teams.
- Proactive, automation-first mindset with focus on prevention.
- Collaborative spirit in agile environments.
- Advanced English level.
