Overview

The Admissions & Marketing Manager will contribute to the growth and success of RWIS, shaping and communicating the school’s vision to prospective families, stakeholders, and the wider community. You will oversee admissions, marketing, and communications, ensuring RWIS is positioned as a leading choice for future-focused, inquiry-based education in the region. Position Scope Admissions Develop and implement a highly effective admissions strategy, supported by relevant policies and procedures. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, guiding and supporting them through the admissions process and driving conversion from enquiry to enrolment. Organize and lead school tours, open days, and orientation events.



Maintain accurate admissions data using Veracross and provide regular reports to the Head of School (HOS). Collaborate with academic staff and families to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new families. Marketing & Communications Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to promote The RWIS Way locally and internationally. Manage the school’s digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns. Act as the “brand guardian” to ensure all materials align with RWIS’s ethos, brand book and communications policy. Oversee the creation and review of promotional content such as newsletters, prospectuses, and event materials. Engage with local and international media, business, NGO and diplomatic communities to position RWIS as a school of choice. Event Management & Community Engagement Plan and execute events that foster community spirit and promote RWIS to prospective families and partners. Oversee the activities of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and liaise between parents and the school.



Organize fundraising and events in collaboration with the Business and Operations Manager to advance the RWIS mission. Strategic Development Work with the Senior Leadership Team to align with the school’s broader strategic objectives. Provide strategic insights on market trends and opportunities to advance RWIS’s mission and vision. Provide regular reports and proposals for SLT and Board approval. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in student admissions aligned with annual targets. Measurable increase in engagement across digital platforms (website traffic, social media reach). Positive feedback from new families on the admissions process and from existing families on school communications. Successful execution of community events and marketing campaigns.



Strengthened relationships with community stakeholders and opportunities for partnerships. Adecuado Candidate Qualifications And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or community relations, ideally within an international school setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Experience managing events and community engagement initiatives. Experience as an international school educator is advantageous. Skills And Attributes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels. Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing and AI tools is desirable. Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Swedish) are a plus.



Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Passion for education and alignment with RWIS values.
