**_Your day to day with us:_**
- Design the commercial calendar
- Align slots & products, timings and quantities for the I&O; with 3rd parties and day to day negotiations
- Promote & Develop action plans oriented to channel & POS development
- Budget leader (OC leader & budget control)
- Be the focal point for Pepsico Sales Force for snacks, beverages & Allied Business
- Providing new customers list every quarter based on business priorities
- Integrating final customers list for all the routes & sharing it with Mexico to make sure they are uploaded on SFA
- Supporting & coordinating all the role changes with the DSF leads & making sure each sales rep’s have the right tools to work with (SFA/FM)
- Coordinating all the changes with reporting team to make sure we have up-to-date information on our by-weekly report
- Define the best processes & timings to work with DSF leads to secure all routes without incidences
- Align & coordinate the commercial calendar with JJRR/SPV’s
- Track & analyze performance for snacks, beverages & Allied Business
- Collaborate with reporting team to make sure their reports match our needs & objectives
- Design & update monthly scorecard by integrating the different reports (Z1 & Z2 & Z4)
from reporting team and bringing a complete vision of PS
- Analyze the results of the different pilots we run for each new potential model, whitespace universe & segmentation
- Monthly analysis of the principal avenues for Allied Business
- I&O; performance tracking
- Monthly offer execution & tracking
- Obsoletes control & action plans
- To become a channel specialist as it will be required to visit point of sales and be closely with the commercial force
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Previous experience in FMCG companies will be desirable, preferable in Trade Mkt, Shopper Mkt, Key Accounting, Category or Marketing.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment and with collaboration spirit.
- Empathic and strong communication skills to influence sales team and other stakeholders.
- Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables)
- Fluent Spanish & English Skills.
- Immediate start and availability of 12 months
