We are looking for a dynamic financial administrative assistant,



with a ‘hands-on mentality’ and a pragmatic drive for solutions.

As Financial Administrative Assistant you mainly assist the Finance Manager, but also the Operational Manager in our exiting world-wide investment projects.

You will be working in a relatively small but close and passionate team in our offices in Barcelona.

**What will you do**
As financial administrative assistance you will provide financial, administrative and secretarial support, such as:

- managing accounts payables, including PO creations, payment proposals, AP invoice bookkeeping;
- managing accounts receivable, including AR invoice bookkeeping, aging reports;
- assisting in indirect tax declarations;
- performing bank reconciliations;
- assist in month-end-close reporting;
- preparing payment transfers;
- helping organizing specific meetings inside and outside of the office; and
- providing additional support as required by the Finance Manager or Operational Manager.

**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone:

- with a financial degree (accountancy, business administration or similar direction), combined with 2-5 years relevant work experience;
- that has a good understanding of bookkeeping procedures;
- with advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- who speaks fluently Spanish and English (given you will be working in an international environment); and




- who preferably has experience with SAP S/4 Hana (this is an advantage, not a must).
