Your Tasks
- Develop job requirements with line managers
- Plan and carry out sourcing; set up advertisements according to job descriptions
- Organize and conduct structured interviews
- Screen résumés and job applications, conducting initial interviews to assess applicants' suitability for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Advise line managers on final selection and clarify contract terms
With this you convince us
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors
- Over 5 years of experience as a recruiter in fast-paced environments
- Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews
- Familiarity with aerospace sector profiles, from production and assembly to aerospace engineering
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Hands-on experience with multiple selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.)
