You are fluent in German and would like to work from home in Spain? At SIXT, we are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Services Agents to join our team from anywhere in Spain. If you enjoy assisting customers over the phone and via email, then this position is made for you. Apply now!

YOUR ROLE

- Act as the first point of contact for German customers,



providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking.
- Support customers via phone and e-mail communication.
- Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services.
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service.
- Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team.

YOUR SKILLS

- Full proficiency in German and fluent English skills.
- Strong passion for service and enjoyment in assisting customers.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience working with MS Office.
- Willingness to work remotely from home, available Monday to Sunday.
