Overview

Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 120m+ private motor yacht.

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hands-on Chief Steward(ess) with proven leadership skills and a strong track record of longevity. The adecuado candidate will lead by example, demonstrate resilience under pressure, and maintain a positive, professional attitude while fostering a supportive team environment. A good sense of humour, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills are also key.

Requirements

- ENG1, STCW
- Crowd Control
- Crisis Management
- Security Awareness
- Food & Hygiene Level II
- Seaman’s Book
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role on yachts 80m+

Start date: ASAP





Location: Europe

Salary: EUR 9,000

Leave: 2:2 rotation

Worldwide itinerary- private operations
