As a Logistics Scheduler you will have the opportunity to create world-class customer experiences by leveraging your innovation, teamwork and problem-solving skills. The position offers fixed work schedules (morning, afternoon, night or central shift) with rotating rest days throughout the week.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily same day or next day forecasts.
- Plan delivery routes or monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
- Be accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience. Contribute to developing best practices and standard work for the network.
- Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between stakeholders and resolving issues impacting business continuity.
- Conduct research into process improvement initiatives and make real-time decisions while periodically reviewing the bigger picture.
- Maintain and report up-to-date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (B2-C1 CEFR).
- Relevant experience with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Relevant experience communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Previous experience within transportation or logistics.
- Working experience in programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
