Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
- Mobile services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
- Home services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
- Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
