Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
Mobile services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
Home services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Qualifications
Customer Service Skills:



Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
