We are looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager MTS Globe Spain, based in Palma de Mallorca, for covering a maternity leave (approximately 8 months).
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Provide secretarial support to the General Manager by encoding correspondences, reports & documents, handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors, setting meeting with various department, etc.,
- Co-ordinate with Destination Managers in areas that require joint effort
- Make follow-ups to different departments, company, person any pending documents as requested by the General Manager including the status thereof.
- Coordinate with Administration, arrangements & follow up as per instruction of the General Manager.
- Provides support for internal and external events and trade fairs
- Previous administrative assistant/secretarial experience
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English, German and other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to demonstrate efficient problem solving with limited direction from superior(s)
- Ability to assign work flow and develop a follow-up system to ensure the completion of tasks
