Search for a Hotel Management Assistant
Seaside Hotels is seeking talented individuals to join our team in Gran Canaria. We are looking for an experienced hotel management assistant who speaks English and German fluently, is passionate about the hospitality industry, and has a strong desire for growth and development.
- Manage information systems and files of the hotel.
- Organize and coordinate agendas and communications of the management team.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and other corporate activities.
- Control confidential documentation.
- Prepare and present documents (presentations, reports, proposals).
- Develop public relations tasks in the hotel.
- Improve customer service in the administrative field,
ensuring quality levels and ethical criteria.
- Identify needs and anticipate solutions based on available information and the environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German.
- 3 years of experience as a hotel management assistant in 4-5 star hotels.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
